Curator RonDiamond, for the third year running, introduces the newest and best in animated short films from Russia, France, Great Britain, Canada, Norway, the Netherlands, and the USA. Features all five of the 87th Academy Award Nominees for Best Animated Short Film, leading contenders for the 88th Academy Awards, as well as Pixar's newest short, Lava, to be released with Pete Docter's Inside Out on June 19 and Google ATAP's directorial debut of Glen Keane's Duet. Diamond will lead a discussion with panelist and Pixar Academy Award-winning (Geri's Game) director JanPinkava on making interactive shorts and funding models with the new Internet paradigm. Diamond will moderate a Q&A session with audience members and panelists.
