With human expansion in space, the Space Era began. Then in the 21st century, two meteors hit the Earth, causing chaos. The Earth Federal Government in Space Era 179 discovers a third meteor that hits Earth's Marquesas Islands and contains secret technology dubbed "Extra-Over Technology" or EOT. The EOTI (Extra-Over Technological Investigative) Institute director Dr. Zoldark discovers the EOT's creators are headed to Earth to reclaim it, or worse, invade the planet. As defense against this threat, the government develops humanoid mechas called Personal Troopers.
