20 years after radiation contamination from a nuclear power plant's meltdown made Tokyo a ghost town, the government receives a mysterious distress signal and sends three teenage girls-Ibara Naruse, Aoi Fukasaka, and Taeko Nomura-from the Dispatch 3rd Special Force Coppelion to investigate. Coppelions are genetically engineered humans immune to radiation, who possess a special skill, created to operate in the contaminated city's lethal conditions by the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force. Trained since birth, the girls will use all their skills and resources to rescue possible survivors.
