Through a strange quirk of fate, junior high school student Uzume Uno finds herself in possession of a mysterious deck of cards from which five magical girls known as the Fantasista Dolls will materialize. By playing these cards in different combinations, Uzume can equip these "Sistas" with an amazing variety of costumes and weapons that become extremely handy, as she soon finds herself battling other girls possessing a similar deck of magical cards, who want her cards as well.
